The RT2 is a rotating torque transducer with a key slot design, ideal for measuring rotational torsion at up to 4000rpm.

This transducer can be used for applications measuring static or dynamic torsion.

The RT2 is perfect for rotating machines, test benches and automatic tightening systems. Standard mV/V output from the RT2 measures clockwise torque with positive output in tension or anti-clockwise torque with a negative output in tension.

Options available for this transducer include square couplings, an integrated speed/angle encoder as well as the option of ±10V analogue output.

PCM supplies torque transducers calibrated in a single direction as standard. If calibration in both directions is preferred, please specify this on enquiry.
