Calibration

Our UKAS accredited force calibration laboratory is able to calibrate load cells in tension and compression, up to 500kN and 5000kN respectively, in just 3 working days.

We are also experienced at working with torque transducers, displacement probes, and transducerized components that have arbitrary geometries.

Ideal for smaller projects with tight budgets, we have options that avoid the need for you to buy new.

For example, we have an excellent track record in restoring load cells and load pins back to full working condition, regardless of manufacturer, model type and capacity.

Additionally, we have an extensive hire range of load cells, load pins, instrumentation and data logging equipment that can be borrowed over a period of time that is flexible and never limited.

Machining

Our brand new machine shop is currently able to manufacture ultrasonically cleaned mill-turn components with laser marked serial numbers for traceability.

The delivery of a simultaneous 5-axis machining center and on-boarding of new personnel later this year will enable us to bring all machining in-house and ultimately offer machining as a service in itself long-term.
